Manuel Perales (partner) had a dream to open a restaurant
for years. Manuel has managed restaurants and Companies
for over 25 years. Some entrepreneurs restaurant owners
(Mario & Paul friends and partners) always teased Manuel
saying why don’t you open your own restaurant, have some
guts. Manuel always has been very conservative. Finally
close friend and partner Fidel Bonilla said let's go for
it, Manuel started creating the concept. We live in the
Central California Valley and our main attraction is the
local agriculture and Yosemite. So we made the two come
together. The Yosemite water falls do flow in to our
valley. (Where water flows food does grow) That is how we
created the concept. So Manuel and Fidel
teamed up with Mario Medina and Paul Ybarra to fine tune a
new and exciting concept.
We all know it takes great people to operate a successful
business. The four partners have many years of experience
and we all value the customer. We plan to surround
ourselves with more great people. We plan to grow the new
concept in other markets.
We all know that great food and a clean nice looking
restaurant will bring in customers, but Warm & Friendly
service is what brings customers back. We will do what
ever it take to make our customers happy.
We plan to hire the best employees and train them how to
give the best service in town. We are committed to making
our customers feel at home.
